To Homeland Italy, that suffered enormous damage from COVID-19

Dear Customers, Members and Supporters,

Harmonia KOBE Co.Ltd., due to the declaration of a state of emergency in the prefecture of Tokyo, is forced to change the charity event “Con l’Italia nel Cuore” planned for 9 May at the “Sala Agnelli” of the Italian Cultural Institute in Tokyo.

In compliance with the recommendations for the prevention of SARS-Cov-2 infection, the concerts will become an ONLINE event in the form of VIRTUAL CONCERT.

The performance will be broadcasted through the YouTube channel of Harmonia Kobe.

For technical reasons, the concerts will be merged into a single performance with a partially modified program.

In addition, in order to ensure the right audio/video quality, the performance will not be live streamed but pre-recorded.

The video will then be made available through a private link shared only with people who have purchased tickets or made a donation.

The performance will be available for online viewing exclusively between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (JST) on Sunday, May 9, 2021.

Given the obvious difference in quality between the live performance and the online one, we will also produce a DVD of the performance that will be sent home free of charge to all those who have purchased tickets or made a donation to the charity project.

We apologize for the disappointment that this decision may give to our audience, but we remain positive about the goodness of the project and want to renew here our gratitude to all our supporters and fans.

We will do our best as always, we hope to be able to communicate the immense joy of making music in aid of those who suffer, as well as the positive and inexhaustible energy that animates this project since the beginning.

We also hope that the online fruition, making it possible to attend the concert from home and anywhere in Japan, can stimulate an even greater affluence of public (even if virtual in this case!).

We thank you for your understanding and support, and we keep hopeful about new adhesions to our project in these next ten days that separate us from the event.

This concert will be held with a limited number of visitors (170 seats). The staff will take good care of their health, wear masks and use hand sanitizer. Please wear a mask when visiting the Hall and take a rest if you don’t feel good. Please cooperate to measuring temperature procedures and use hand sanitizer when entering the Hall. Infection control measures may sightly change according to the situation.
